Kitchen Supervisor

Bitter Root Brewing is looking for a reliable, motivated Kitchen Supervisor to work in conjunction with our chef, to lead our back-of-house team. This role requires working on the line with the kitchen team to ensure successful shifts. This role is ideal for someone with previous kitchen management experience who is able to ensuring consistency, quality, and a positive, accountable work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with the chef to execute day to day operations and responsibilities

• Leading and supporting kitchen staff during shifts on the line

• Ensuring food quality, portioning, and presentation meet house standards

• Keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently

• Encouraging a team-oriented, respectful kitchen culture

• Communicating clearly with FOH and management

Kitchen Cleaner

Bitter Root Brewing in Hamilton is hiring an employee for evening restaurant cleaning. This role is part time, and is responsible for cleaning our kitchen facility at the end of the shift. Experience cleaning commercial kitchen equipment ideal, but not required.

Position is 4-5 hours at night starting at 8:30pm.

Dishwasher

Bitter Root Brewing in Hamilton is hiring a dishwasher for our restaurant. We are looking for someone friendly with a good work ethic. Must be over 16.
