Prep Cook

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. At Bitter Root Brewing, we're a primarily scratch kitchen focused on fresh food, quality ingredients, and creating a place where both our guests and our team enjoy being.

If you're reliable, enjoy working with a great group of people, and want to be part of one of the busiest kitchens in the Bitterroot Valley, we'd love to meet you.. This position is a morning position with a 5am start time. Previous prep experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Opening the kitchen

• Prepping ingredients and supporting the kitchen team

• Following recipes and prep standards for consistency and quality

• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked

• Working alongside a team that moves fast and has each other’s backs

Kitchen Cleaner

We are looking for an employee for evening restaurant cleaning. This role is part time, and is responsible for cleaning our kitchen facility at the end of the shift. Experience cleaning commercial kitchens is required.

Position is 4-5 hours at night starting at 8:30pm.
