Kitchen Supervisor
Bitter Root Brewing is looking for a reliable, motivated Kitchen Supervisor to work in conjunction with our chef, to lead our back-of-house team. This role requires working on the line with the kitchen team to ensure successful shifts. This role is ideal for someone with previous kitchen management experience who is able to ensuring consistency, quality, and a positive, accountable work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Working with the chef to execute day to day operations and responsibilities
Leading and supporting kitchen staff during shifts on the line
Ensuring food quality, portioning, and presentation meet house standards
Keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently
Encouraging a team-oriented, respectful kitchen culture
Communicating clearly with FOH and management
Ideal candidate:
Strong kitchen experience and leadership potential
Great line cook skills
Leads by example and stays calm under pressure
Detail-oriented
Communicates effectively and respectfully
Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
Weekend Prep Cook
Bitter Root Brewing is looking for a Prep Cook to join our crew! We’re a busy, fast-paced kitchen that takes pride in great food, great beer, and a strong team culture. If you’ve got prep experience and a solid work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
