We're looking for an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team. We are a busy brewpub with a newly remodeled, primarily from-scratch kitchen and are looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day running of our kitchen with professionalism, consistency and a positive attitude.

Strong staff management experience is paramount to this role. Our Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining expectations and accountability, and creating a productive and positive work environment.

This is a hands-on position with time divided between management and administrative responsibilities and full shifts working on the line.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven kitchen management and staff leadership experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong line and expediting skills

• Experience with scheduling, food costing and labor control

• Ordering, inventory and kitchen organization experience

• Menu development and culinary creativity

• The ability to stay organized and level-headed in a busy kitchen

• A team-minded attitude and strong work ethic

Morning Prep Cook

Part Time

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. At Bitter Root Brewing, we're a primarily scratch kitchen focused on fresh food, quality ingredients, and creating a place where both our guests and our team enjoy being.

If you're reliable, enjoy working with a great group of people, and want to be part of one of the busiest kitchens in the Bitterroot Valley, we'd love to meet you.. This position is a morning position with a 5am start time. Previous prep experience is required.

Part Time Dishwasher

Our Taproom is hiring a part-time dishwasher. We are looking for someone with available 2-3 days a week from 11am to 9pm. Must be 16 or older.

We are looking for someone friendly with a good work ethic.
