Since 1997, the Bitter Root Land Trust has been working closely with local landowners and our community to conserve nearly 13,000 acres of important land in the Bitterroot Valley. This includes family farms and ranches, wildlife habitat, our Bitterroot River and its tributaries, and access to hunting, fishing, and recreation opportunities.
